With 62% of Nepal's population in working age, the country sits on a golden opportunity — yet daily reality tells a very different story.
I am Puran Prasad Adhikari — a science and technology enthusiast studying Economics, Education, and Public Policy.
Dedicated to understanding and improving the socio-economic landscape of Nepal through education and critical thought.
I am Puran Prasad Adhikari, a passionate science educator, aspiring economist, and Nepal US Exchange Alumni. With an undergraduate degree in Physics and a Master's pursuit in Economics at Tribhuvan University, my academic journey bridges the analytical and the societal.
Physics is an integral part of my life. It profoundly shapes how I think, analyze systems, and approach complex problems. As a dedicated teacher of science and mathematics, I am driven by a simple philosophy: to always be eager to learn, and to teach what I learn, multiplying my impact on the next generation.
Beyond the classroom, I work as an Education Counselor, guiding talented young minds and exploring Nepal's economic realities — focusing on demographic dividends and the skills-employment gap.
I write, think, and observe. My blog Puran Thinks is a journal of evolving ideas — about physics, economics, society, and the nature of reality.
